Terms and Conditions of Sale — ByteStorm Forge LLC

These Terms regulate all digital-service purchases through bytestorm.agency.

1. Services

ByteStorm Forge LLC provides creative-technology services including design, UX/UI, web development, and product optimization.

2. Prices & Currencies

Prices are displayed in multiple currencies (EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, CAD). They may change without notice depending on workload and resource allocation.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe on a secure SSL connection. ByteStorm Forge LLC never stores payment details. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Delivery

Average delivery time is 48 hours – 5 business days, depending on service type. Early completion may occur where possible.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 30 days except for discounted services. Refund requests should be sent to hello@bytestorm.agency. Payment-gateway and currency-exchange costs are non-refundable.

6. Liability

ByteStorm Forge LLC is not liable for indirect loss or project delays arising from third-party dependencies or hosting outages.

7. Events Beyond Our Control

The company is not responsible for failures due to unforeseen circumstances such as server downtime, natural events, or legal restrictions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the State of Kentucky.
