ByteStorm Forge LLC provides creative and development services. Refunds are available for eligible purchases under the following terms.

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

3. Exclusions

Custom design or development work already delivered;
Discounted or bundled services;
Fees charged by financial intermediaries.

4. Procedure

To initiate a refund, contact hello@bytestorm.agency with your order number and relevant details. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days if approved.

5. Method of Reimbursement

Refunds are made to the original payment method via Stripe. ByteStorm Forge LLC does not process refunds through other means.

6. Deductions

Exchange-rate and transaction fees are borne by the customer.

7. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the State of Kentucky.
